4. Earning Terms & Conditions
These terms govern all earnings through the C4U Platform:
Daily Investment Returns:
- Rate: Fixed 6.6% daily on investment amount
- Distribution: Daily at 12:00 AM PST
- Crediting: Automatically to your C4U wallet
- Conversion: Earnings converted to C4U coins at current rate
- Tax: Users responsible for reporting earnings to tax authorities
Referral Commission System:

Coin Trading Earnings:

- Trading fees: 1% on buy and sell transactions

- Market risks apply - prices can go up or down
Earning Limitations & Conditions:
- Earnings subject to platform availability and performance
- We reserve right to adjust rates with 30-day notice
- Earnings may be withheld for suspicious activity investigation
- Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs. 10
- Withdrawals processed within 24-48 business hours
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the C4U Platform:
Fraud & Security Violations:
- Creating multiple accounts for one person
- Using fake or stolen identities
- Money laundering or terrorist financing
- Hacking or attempting to breach security
- Distributing viruses or malicious code
- Phishing or social engineering attacks
Financial Violations:
- Using stolen credit cards or bank accounts
- Chargeback fraud or false disputes
- Market manipulation of coin prices
- Ponzi schemes or pyramid schemes
- Using platform for illegal gambling
- Tax evasion or hiding income
Team Building Violations:
- Forcing or coercing people to join
- Making false earnings claims
- Spamming or harassing potential referrals
- Buying or selling referrals
- Creating fake team members
- Circular referrals (referring each other)
General Violations:
- Spreading false information about platform
- Posting offensive or inappropriate content
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfering with platform operations
- Attempting to reverse engineer platform
Consequences of Violations:

Reporting Violations:
If you suspect any prohibited activity, please report it immediately to info@c4u.click. Reports are confidential and investigated promptly.
6. Account Termination
These terms govern account termination on the C4U Platform:
User-Initiated Termination:
Voluntary Account Closure:
- Submit closure request through account settings
- All pending withdrawals must be completed first
- Active investments must complete their cycle
- 30-day waiting period for security review
- Final settlement within 45 days of request
Note: Once closed, account cannot be reopened with same credentials.
Platform-Initiated Termination:
Grounds for Termination by C4U:
- Violation of Terms of Service
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Platform security concerns
- Inactivity for more than 12 months
- Providing false information
Inactivity Termination:
Inactive Account Policy:
- 3 months inactive: Account marked as dormant
- 6 months inactive: Email notification sent
- 12 months inactive: Account scheduled for closure
- 18 months inactive: Account terminated
Note: Activity includes login, investment, withdrawal, or any platform interaction.
Termination Process:
Email notification with reason and effective date
7 days to appeal the termination decision
Available balance transferred to registered bank account
Data retained for 7 years as per legal requirements
Appeal Process:
If your account is terminated, you have 7 days to appeal by emailing info@c4u.click. Appeals are reviewed by our compliance team within 14 days. Decision is final.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
These terms govern liability and disclaimers for the C4U Platform:
General Disclaimers:
- No Guarantee of Returns: Past performance does not guarantee future results
- Investment Risk: All investments carry risk of loss
- Platform Availability: We don't guarantee uninterrupted access
- Technical Issues: We're not liable for technical problems beyond our control

Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid us in last 6 months

- Jurisdiction: Courts of Karachi, Pakistan
- Dispute Resolution: Arbitration in Karachi before litigation
- Class Action Waiver: No class actions allowed
- Severability: If any term is invalid, others remain in effect
